Gijinkoku

This type of work visa is for foreigners working in Japan according to their expertise (for at least a bachelor's degree, and in some cases, associate degrees). It is one of the types of work visas in Japan with specific requirements based on the needs of users/companies in Japan. With this visa, foreigners can bring their immediate family to Japan.

Training Materials

• Mastering Japanese Language JLPT N3 or JFT B1.

• Japanese Culture.

• Practice with exam questions.

• Skill training for preparing for the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) exam.

• Conversation practice and interview preparation.

• Training on work motivation, work ethic, and discipline according to Japanese company standards.

• Assistance with document preparation and company selection in Japan.

Requirements

• Male/Female.

• Age 18-30 years.

• At least a bachelor’s degree (S1).

• Physically and mentally healthy.

• Not color blind.

• Good attitude and mentality.

• Proportional body weight.

• Minimum height 160 cm (Male) & 150 cm (Female).

• Japanese language certification JLPT N3 / JFT Basic B1. If not yet certified, can attend training provided by PT Mandiri Sinergi Shakta (MSS) Hub Group Indonesia for 4-6 months.

• Skill certification or Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) according to the chosen job field. If not yet certified, can attend training provided by PT Mandiri Sinergi Shakta (MSS) Hub Group Indonesia for 4-6 months.

• Not a student.

• Not an employee.

• Additional skills are a plus.
