Tokutei Ginou / Specified Skilled Workers

A specialized work visa for foreigners wishing to work in Japan. Holders of this visa are allowed to work in Japanese companies with the same rights and obligations as Japanese workers. This offers an opportunity for international work experience and expanding professional networks.

Training Materials

• Mastering Japanese at JLPT N4 or JFT Af2 level.

• Japanese culture.

• Practice solving exam questions.

• Skills training for Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) exam preparation.

• Conversation practice and interview preparation.

• Training on work motivation, work ethic, and discipline according to Japanese company standards.

• Assistance with document preparation and company selection in Japan.

Requirements

• Male/Female.

• Aged 18-30 years.

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Physically and mentally healthy.

• No color blindness.

• Good attitude and mentality.

• Proportional weight.

• Minimum height of 160 cm (Male) & 150 cm (Female).

• JLPT N4 / JFT Basic A2 Japanese certification. If you do not have JLPT N4/JFT Basic A2 certification, you can attend training provided by PT Mandiri Sinergi Shakta (MSS) Hub Group Indonesia for 4-6 months.

• Skill certification or Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) certification according to the chosen job field. If you do not have Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) certification, you can attend training provided by PT Mandiri Sinergi Shakta (MSS) Hub Group Indonesia for 4-6 months.

• Not a student.

• Not an employee.

• Having additional skills is an advantage.
